Transformative Monitoring for Enhanced Equity (TransMonEE) is UNICEF's regional platform for child rights data and evidence in Europe and Central Asia. Child Rights Monitoring Framework
The Regional Child Rights Monitoring (CRM) Framework provides a common structure for monitoring children's rights across Europe and Central Asia. Aligned with the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Sustainable Development Goals, it organises child rights into thematic domains and subdomains and proposes a core set of indicators for monitoring progress.
The framework underpins many of the dashboards and data products available through TransMonEE, supporting consistent, evidence-based analysis while helping identify gaps and priorities for strengthening child rights monitoring across the region.

TransMonEE Data brings together nationally reported information and data from leading international sources into a regional database of over 1,000 child-related indicators. Data and Child Rights
In addition to these tools, the Data and Child Rights section of our website offers several valuable resources related to data on children. This includes the CRC Recommendations Dashboard, which collates the most recent recommendations from the Committee on the Rights of the Child to 54 State parties. The page also features a dashboard showcasing national child rights mechanisms and various data products related to child-related Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), such as the Leave No Child Behind Dashboard, which highlights disparities within the region. By leveraging these tools, stakeholders can gain comprehensive insights into child rights issues and progress across Europe and Central Asia.
